Meals After Tomorrow!

Sounds pretty great to me! A lot of these recipes are actually from Mama Pea! She is an amazing chef, and vegan! I can't wait to get her cookbook.

I agree with Frickin. Way to be prepared! So are you switching over to a vegan diet now or just mostly vegan? Explain please. I saw the pyramid yesterday but just curious of your next plan.

Thanks guys! I think my plan is to follow Fuhrman's Pyramid as close as I can. I think this means mostly vegan. However, if I am going to a friends house or family member I'll eat what they've cooked (unless it's like pizza or something). I think my plan is to not get so hung up on being strict and just allowing myself to enjoy the foods I'm used to (dairy, meats, sweets, etc) on a very rare basis. So like in meal planner, I am allowing dessert once on Saturday. This will probably evolve in the weeks to come but I hope I can stick to this!
