3 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Mousse

3 Ingredient Vegan Chocolate Mousse
12 Ounces dark chocolate, chopped
(if going vegan, find milk free, or can do unsweetened and add sugar )
3/4 cup non-dairy milk (I used  unsweetened almond)
16 OZ silken tofu
Melt Chocolate in a double boiler and add the milk until incorporated. Take off heat and add tofu, blend with immersion blender or food processor until combined, with no lumps. Refrigerate for two hours, or as long as you can stand it!

I like mine topped with raspberries, Marc likes his on top of a graham cracker crust!
