Day 13, We're winding down!

I'm so glad my brussels video has been such a big hit! I will be sure to make recipes as much as possible! Maybe once every weekend?!? It was really easy to do, and a lot of fun!

I had a really nice day today! Marc and I just stayed home and enjoyed some time with Nana. We watched the movie A Time To Kill, which was on the Ion channel. Nana is the one with the TV so it was nice to catch up with a Sunday movie!

It was really good! I've got to watch it again, without certain interruptions ahem, loud mouth nana..haha I'm just kidding. She actually paid attention to most of the movie, which was impressive!

Day 13, 3/4/12
Weight Loss: Stuck at 11 LBs, that's cool with me!
Pants: No change
Mood: Ready to start my next challenge! I don't feel the same pulls toward crap food that I used to find unbearably hard to resist.
Other: Marc was being a butthead all day because he pulled an overnight shift. Whenever he works those shifts he's MEAN. That didn't help with anyone's mood today :(
Food List:
Pear (so good!)
Spaghetti Squash with tomato sauce and Broccoli x2 I really have fallen in love with this tomato sauce! I never have liked spaghetti all that much since we ate it way too often as kids. This sauce is just tomatoes, onion, garlic, and seasonings! Just simmered down, and sweet on it's own!

Traditional Medicinals Smooth Move Tea, know what that means..I hope it helps!

I've been working my butt of studying for a Biology and Math test. I'm feeling like I need another weekend!!

You mean to tell me, with so much fresh produce you can't go eh-ehs? (That's what my grandma would say if we had a stomachache- "You have to go eh-ehs?") I can understand having a problem from not eating solids for so many days, but you would think with all of the liquids and the last few days of getting the fiber with the produce you would be in there non-stop! Just a word to the wise- if all else fails get infant glycerin suppositories. Within 15 minutes you better be near a bathroom using one!!! Good luck!

LOL thank you! I actually have an extremely sensitive stomach, so any change to the el dieto makes me have a problem going eh-ehs hahaha, love that! My Nana calls the bathroom PeckaOh (phonetic spelling) which is a Polish she goes an makes a deposit :)

You guys are cracking me up with the and PeckaOh. LOL.

Hopefully the tea helps you! Coffee worked for me this weekend but not sure if it is in your diet plan or if it works for you.

Loved the video, loved the dish. Would love to see more videos. Your dinner tonight looked awesome. I just bought some spaghetti squash to make too.

Coffee used to help me too! Only when I hadn't had it in a long time. I don't know if I want to add it back into my diet unless it's a splurge though. I like my coffee sweet and creamy :) I think the spaghetti squash will become a regular in the dinner cycle!
