Normality

As you know, I'm trying to form some sort of normality to my life again. We're in a state of transition right now including marc quitting his second job. Now we're are completely focused on Nana.  Here I am watching endless amoutns of television with her, if I left her for 5 minutes she has a panic attack.

So I know that this benefits us, and benefits her but its a lot for a 23 year old to handle. I just want you to know, marc and I decided this was the right move for us, please don't feel bad for us, it was completely our decision.
This is Nanas worst time of the day, she has what's called sundowners and gets very ornery around dusk.

Tomorrow I am going for a walk, tomorrow I will get back on the diet horse, and tomorrow I will begin the road to get rid of these last 20 pounds for good.

Some good news: I have lost 32 pounds since my last doctors visit last year.

You're a wonderful person for being there for her but be sure to try and balance being there for yourself too. Helping care for family members can definatly be stressful!
