Wow! First off, I have to say I'm super impressed with that painting in the kitchen. I had no idea you were an artist! That's awesome. And I can see where you get it from, if your mom painted that one in the bedroom! Second, this makes me miss remodeling! Our house in TX is so boring and lame that there's no point in remodeling, but we had this beautiful old house in Wisconsin that was an absolute joy to play around with. :) Third, my favorite is that entertainment room. I love dark colors in rooms, especially with light ceilings, as it makes them look so much bigger! Despite what people think. We painted our dining room in our WI house a dark royal purple with lavendar accents and buttery yellow trim and ceilings. Everyone warned us about the dark color, but in the end, it worked perfectly! :)
