I hope your weekend is treating you well. I feel like I can say mine was 50/50. Yesterday I got my first (AND ONLY) migraine, so the day was a wash.
Today was much better though, I went snowshoeing with Ashleigh!
We went to my favorite spot where you can see off cliffs down to Lake Michigan.

It's pretty impressive, but much more so in person.
After freezing our tushies off, we went to Sven's Café in Bay View. What a great spot. The décor is great, the staff is very friendly and it isn't overwhelmingly packed. Great food too! I had the vegan chili, and Ashleigh got a yummy looking eggplant with Italian sausage soup. Two thumbs up for Sven's!
After lunch, we went to a really cool vintage shop. I wanted to buy everything!!!!!!! I bought Marc a scarf and a pin for Valentines day and I splurged on a few clothes items for myself.

Here's the top and skirt I purchased. I love the color!
Here's the dress I bought (I tried it on over clothes in the store). I put my lab coat on over it as that's how I'd wear it for work. Add some legging and I'm good to go!
It's been a great day, I enjoyed spending time with my friend and I'm glad my hip felt ok through the day.
